Lexie Eakins

Lexie received her Bachelor's in Social Work from Liberty University. She went on to work with adolescents and adults living with severe mental illness for five years before obtaining her Master's in Social Work at Howard University. Lexie has worked in several social work settings, including community-based skill building, non-profit settings, and early intervention services for mental health crises. 

Lexie's clinical approach is a client-centered, problem-solving approach that includes collaboration, talk therapy, mindfulness, self-care training, and psychoeducation.

Lexie has a passion for social justice and individual and community wellness. Lexie values time with family and friends, laughter, cooking (and eating) great food, and reading.
